Build the marketing function from day one in a fast-growing AI company

Mimir automates customer service for e-commerce using AI. We resolve up to 90% of support inquiries. Not by deflecting customers, but by actually helping them. We've been heads down building and making Mimir the best AI agent for customer support the last 20 months. Last few months we're scaling it, and are already at $600K ARR. Now, we’re looking for someone to build a scalable growth engine.

The role

You’ll be our first marketing hire. You won’t inherit a strategy. You'll create it. The goal is a predictable marketing pipeline.

You will:

• Build, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)

• Work closely with sales to connect the full journey from ad to closed deal

• Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting

• Start small, find what works, and scale it

About you

• You have experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally within demand generation or growth

• You’re hands-on. You build campaigns yourself and don’t wait for others to do it

• You have high agency. You take initiative, figure things out, and don’t need constant direction

• You thrive in fast-moving environments where little is predefined

A plus if you have experience with basic video production and ad creatives.
