Hoka’s frequent product launches and inconsistent sizing across models created confusion for customers. For example: are you a 38 in Hoka W Clifton 9? Then you are a 37 1/3 in Hoka W Clifton 10. Even small changes between versions meant previous sizes were no longer reliable. Framsport had the knowledge to guide customers, but couldn’t scale that expertise across all support touchpoints 24/7.
